Outside is a community tasking app that allows users tohelp each other with their daily errands and inconveniences, we are built on geolocation technologies and the concept of "questing" - making it fun and easy for users to both seek and provide assistance to each other!
Outside seeks to act as an enabler for individuals so that they will be able to look for more opportunities to outsource errands that inconveniences them and help others in need. The geolocation technologies implemented in the app allows users to look for tasks and helpers more effectively and additional functions such as task alert, in-app chat, escrow payments and e-wallet provides a seamless experiences that comprises of an increased level of convenience and security.
6 categories of tasks are currently available, from daily inconveniences that requires courier/delivery/pickup/borrowing of item to errands such as fixing, household care and even pet care, there is a wide range of possibilities and opportunities for everyone to help each other!

This is an app created by Outside Technologies Private Limited.
Outside is a community app based in Singapore and is currently in Found8's Elevate (Google For Startups) and "The Start" partnered by StartupX and Temasek Holdings. We have also been recognised in multiple regional and local competitions such as UNICON 2019, by National University of Singapore, Echelon by e27, Innovfest Unbound, Smart Cities China-Asean Innovation and entrepreneurship competition .
Outside is created to make it easier for users to seek and provide help to each others by restructuring the helpsourcing process and providing a seamless way to outsource and manage the tasks reliably. Our team has previously worked on the potential usage of blockchain technologies, implementation of credit systems and even time-banking before understanding from our users that the cash system is the best way to go about it as different errands and individuals have different opportunity cost and value.
